PERSONAL SURVIVAL TECHNIQUES TRAINING

The theory part is followed by a written exam. The remainder of the course is spent in a swimming pool performing the simulation of abandon ship procedures. The practical exercises are subject to ongoing assessment by the instructor. This hands-on approach ensures that participants are able to apply the theoretical knowledge gained in the simulation to real-life scenarios. It also allows for immediate feedback and correction, ensuring that safety protocols are properly followed.

  • Personal lifesaving appliances

  • Survival at sea

  • Emergency radio

  • Equipment

  • Helicopter assistance.
