ELEMENTARY FIRST AID TRAINING

INT first Aid

The INT First Aid consists of approximately seven hours of theory and practical training. Participants will learn how to handle common injuries and emergencies that may occur while at sea, as well as gain the knowledge and skills necessary to perform CPR in a marine environment. The written exam will test their understanding of the course material and ensure they are prepared to respond appropriately in case of an emergency.

  • Cuts

  • Burns

  • Fractures

  • How to perform CPR

  • The use of an automated external defibrillator (AED)

  • Cardiac arrest.

  • Positioning of injured

  • Stay calm procedures
